1-4: Recorded 2000-2001 by Matt on his laptop, somewhere in Japan, as demos for Virgin Japan.
5: Recorded to cassette in 1996. This song was always off and on the various incarnations of "Folks I Know." It is the best known version that includes the complete ending.
6: Demo version from 1999 featuring Erick Alley on drums. Recorded by Erick Alley at Action Zone.
7: Original version/demo. Written and recorded by Matt and Mike Kitson in 2000.
8. Originally appeared on the 'I Think Cheyenne's Friend Hates Me' compilation cassette in 1996, under the name Gagged and Bound. Recorded by Matt and Eric with the magic box (a fancy walkman).
9. Based on a poem by William Wordsworth. Recorded by Matt and Eric with the magic box in 1996 for a high school English project.
10. Really odd mix. This is from Matt's recording session with his first band, Lusty 36. Recorded in 1996 by Mike Lastra.
11. Recorded by Matt in 1996 using the Magic Box.
